I am proud to say that I make a great living from the internet and I'd like to show you how to do the same. Looking back, I can now see just how unprepared I was when I started my first internet store. Those first couple of years were very difficult and I learned a lot. There was a lot of frustration and many mistakes. Some of those mistakes cost me a lot of money. One particularly embarrassing example is the $8,000 I spent on advertising that did not result in a single sale! Wow, did I feel like a fool. If only someone had told me what a waste that would be. The advertising salesperson that sold me the package certainly didn’t care if it worked. That was just one of many times when I thought about giving up. However, one thing I do have is perseverance, so I continued on and tried to stay positive despite the many challenges that I faced.

My two undergraduate degrees and a Masters in Business Administration were helpful when it came to running a business, but those degrees taught me virtually nothing about the internet itself, or how to start and run a successful internet business. I learned by doing it, and that’s why it took many years to develop a significant amount of expertise. I spent over $100,000 on my education. That’s a lot of money, yet I was still completely unprepared to manage my web business! I gladly would have spent several thousand dollars if it would have saved me thousands of hours of learning the hard way. Plus, I would have avoided the discouraging mistakes and frustration that were part of my daily routine.

After developing several successful websites, I realized that my experience would be very helpful to anyone starting their own web business, or web store owners who wanted to be even more successful than they already are.
